  By looking at the photos of this place you imagine that this is a very nice destination with great facilities and accommodation as the property is rated at 4.5 stars. Unfortunately after staying at the complex and experiencing the facilities 4.5 stars is a rating that is too high. The accommodation/rooms are very clean, spacious and functional. The flooring in the main kitchen, dining area is a large lay of commercial grade vinyl which reminded me of a hospital or local uni bar that cold be cleaned by hosing it out. The lounge area has a nice outlook to the beach across the highway and there is very little road noise from the highway. Bathroom is very nice, modern and clean but the window has been secured shut in some fashion that doesn't allow for fresh air to enter the room. Bedrooms are very clean and the bed linen is comfy and good quality, if you are fussy about your pillows then best to bring your own as the pillows we had were very high and resting your head on a balloon. The lack of maintenance in some areas was a negative as a 4.5 star property should have picked up on some of the things. There were at least 3 blown globes in the apartment as well as ceiling fans outlets that were clogged with a lot dust and inadequate lighting in some areas. The pool was a nice touch and was thoroughly enjoyed by residents and was nice and clean and well maintained. The staff were great and very friendly and happy to attend customer's requests. The on-premise restaurant was okay and offers a 2 or 3 course special meal deal which helps reduce the cost of eating their as the dishes are overpriced for what they are. All in all it is a nice place to stay if you are visiting Batemans Bay but to be worthy of the 4.5 stars, there needs to be a few changes and a lift in standards.

  Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and is a great location. The room was clean in the general areas but you can see dust and little bits of mold in the hard to reach parts of the room, not significant but just an observation. In general it was a good stay.

  Stayed four nights. Absolutely fantastic room and pool, restaurant was top notch and staff were amazing.
